We love ‘The Snowman’ by Raymond Briggs and the accompanying music, “Walking in the air” by Howard Blake. It is a perfect metaphor for coaching. When we are in a strong coaching partnership, it is like walking in the air, side by side, being curious together about what is all around us and where we might go. It is a magical moment in time where new awareness is created.
This year, more than ever, it has been a deep privilege to coach some awe-inspiring leaders, founders and global teams. 2020 has been both challenging and transformative for most of us.

- Nine month long Systemic Team Coaching engagement for a Dyson global team to renew their purpose, priorities and behaviours and change their operating model in line with global stakeholder needs.
- Leadership Coaching for success in the complex systemic PFI landscape for HCP leaders to enable presence, confidence and impact with stakeholders and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Stakeholder engagement coaching for Bain Consulting to select and mobilise international and multi-dimensional joint venture teams.
- Leadership coaching for NHS Primary Care leaders to inspire and motivate health professionals through the Covid crisis and beyond to work smarter and achieve financial efficiencies and happier teams.
- Coach in Residence and Faculty on 3 founder accelerator programmes: NatWest Back Her Business with SETsquared, Bristol, Women in Innovation with Knowledge Transfer Network and Edinburgh Innovations at Edinburgh University.
- Coached 36 founders/entrepreneurs to be their best selves, best teams and best businesses.
- Welcomed the fantastic Ellie Lyne to the Marketing Team. Ellie is seeking a role in sports marketing preferably in London. If anyone can support her towards that, it would be a wonderful Christmas present?
- Vic submitted her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) after almost 1000 hours of training, coaching, assessment and CPD.
